Author and historian Carmen Cauthen will be speaking at First Baptist Church in Raleigh on her new book, Historic Black Neighborhoods in Raleigh. The evening will include a panel discussion with Courtney Napier, founder of Black Oak Society, educator and community advocate Dr. Terrance Ruth, and James Sutton, assistant pastor of Christ the King Church. Following the discussion, follow by a Q&A session.
