As we move into the last few weeks of the year and gather to be with family and friends, we chat about all the good times, reminisce about the ones we miss and make goals for our future. The love that fills us during the holiday season dances upon our hearts as we hum Mariah Carey Christmas music for the umpteenth time while walking down the aisle of our favorite department store because the feeling we get while thinking of our loved ones cannot be diminished by the long lines and crowded parking lots that are sure to be a constant.
November is the month of strength and inspiration. We hope you find the strength to embrace change and that it inspires you to conquer hills that once defeated you. We pray you have the strength to reflect and celebrate the life of those lost along the way and that it inspires you to live every day to the fullest.
Below is our November newsletter loaded with individuals who are living for now and fighting for a cause to better their lives and the lives of others in their community. Check out the tabs below and fill your calendar with the events and causes that ignite the fire of life inside you.
Happy Harvest Time from our families to yours!

A Good Word...
A lot of the times, we have trouble asserting ourselves in spaces where we should feel most comfortable. Whether that be around family, friends or coworkers, sometimes we want to people please instead of being firm and standing our ground. Here is a thread from Brittney Cobb-Farmer, A licensed Clinical Social Worker from Raleigh, North Carolina.
Check out her website for more information about Brittney, her work and how to get in contact with her.
